Description
TWO STEP III is a one owner Hunter 466 3 cabin sloop that's been well maintained and in excellent running condition. She's suitable as a nice live-a-board and also well equipped for cruising. Her electronics are duplicated from the Helm Station down to the Nav Station equipped with an HRO model 25 GPH water maker and has a washer/dryer combo unit with extra cabinetry in her aft port cabin. She's one of the few 466's with the desirable bow thruster which makes it easier for docking and maneuvering in tight quarters. The electric winch makes it easy to pull out the in-mast furled main or sheeting in the jib. The heads are fresh water quiet flush. AccommodationsThe Hunter 466 is a 3 stateroom layout featuring a master suite forward with 2 guest staterooms aft. The Master stateroom has a centerline queen with 6'6" headroom and plenty of storage including cedar-lined hanging lockers. To port and further aft is a head with quiet fresh water flush system and a separate stall shower to starboard. The spaciousness of this forward master berth rivals those found in yachts much larger in size. Further aft and to port is the main salon where a large dinette seating area to port is set around a glossed teak table w/expandable leaf. The Interior cushion material is custom (not Hunter factory) ultra leather in a moss green color. The curtains are off white in color. To starboard is a "club" style seating area with a cocktail table between them making it very comfortable for reading watching videos on the lcd flat screen tv and/or flat out relaxing. Just aft of the seating area to starboard is a nav station that duplicates the electronics that are found up at the helm station. Further aft and to starboard is the 2nd head w/shower while opposite side to port is the large L shaped galley with corian counter tops double stainless steel sinks LPG 3 burner Force 10 stove with oven and 12 volt top and side loading Fridge/Freezer. To aft are the two guest berths with the portside hosting additional cabinetry and a washer/dryer combo.
